Job Description:


As a Technical Recruiter at RPO Buddy, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing top-tier technical talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting skilled professionals with exciting opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Collaboration:

   – Work closely with clients to understand their technical staffing requirements.

   – Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.


2. Sourcing and Screening:

   – Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and   attract qualified candidates.

   – Conduct thorough technical assessments and screenings to ensure candidate suitability.

   – Arranging phone, in-person and video conferences for meetings with potential technical professionals.


3. Candidate Relationship Management:

   – Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.

   – Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


4. Collaboration with Hiring Teams:

   – Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.

   – Facilitate communication between candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

   – Drafting job descriptions, providing copies to the hiring mangers and making revisions based on their feedback.


5. Negotiation and Offer Management:

   – Negotiate compensation and contractual terms with candidates.

   – Collaborate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth offer and onboarding process.


6. Market Research:

   – Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

   – Provide insights to enhance the effectiveness of technical recruitment strategies.


Qualifications:


– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

– 0-3 years of experience in technical recruitment.

– Familiarity with technical roles, skills, and industry trends.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

– Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
